The bad news: Peak Pride season and summer is almost over. The good news: There are destinations around the world that still know how to dance and flirt, even as it gets chilly in the Northern Hemisphere.

We’ve picked 17 events between September 2026 and March 2027 that are a guaranteed good time. All of them are multi-party festivals, so if the Friday night isn’t your bag, better things may come on the Saturday and Sunday celebrations.

Sitges, Spain

Bear Week Sitges, September 3 to 13, 2026

What began as a small gathering of friends in the early 2000s has evolved into one of Europe’s major international bear events, transforming the idyllic coastal town of Sitges into the global capital for the bear community.

This festival stands out because it seamlessly blends a high-energy circuit vibe with a laid-back Mediterranean beach holiday. The action spills out of official venues and clubs into a custom-built open-air Beach Village and the town’s cobblestone streets.

Berlin, Germany

Folsom Europe, September 10 to 13, 2026

In the last two decades, Folsom Europe, named after its San Francisco cousin, has become the largest leather and fetish street fair in Europe. The festival transforms the historically gay Berlin neighbourhood of Schöneberg into a massive, open-air celebration of kinky subcultures.

San Francisco, California

Real Bad at Folsom Fair, September 27, 2026

Best known for its head-spinningly kinky street party, Folsom Fair has also created a universe of ticketed parties that happen the same weekend. Established in 1989 by the Grass Roots Gay Rights Foundation, Real Bad serves as the unofficial closing party.

Hustlaball Berlin, October 15 to 18, 2026

It became a historic beacon of progress following Taiwan’s landmark legalization of same-sex marriage in 2019.

La Demence, October 30 to November 1, 2026

Back in 1989, founder Thierry Coppens created a club night that turned into one of the world’s longest-running and most influential gay circuit parties. The scale is massive, with the party frequently using the mammoth halls of Brussels Expo. The fiercely loyal, diverse crowd, across all ages and body types, keep coming back for the progressive tribal house and frisky playrooms.

Palm Springs Pride, November 6 to 8, 2026

With an amazingly high percentage of its population of 45,000 identifying as LGBTQ2S+, Palm Springs Pride has both a small-town feel and storied celebratory atmosphere worth coming to the desert for.

Set against a backdrop of mid-century modern architecture, towering palm trees and gorgeous mountains, the festival features a massive block party on Arenas Road and an intimate parade. The autumn desert weather makes it a perfect sunny getaway.

Orlando, Florida

OMG! Orlando Festival, November 6 to 9, 2026

Celebrating its fifth anniversary, OMG! Orlando has carved out a unique space in the American festival calendar by combining world-class circuit party production with Central Florida’s massive entertainment infrastructure. The dancers are hot. The venues include water park and resort takeovers. Elite international DJs fill ears over the three-days of parties.

Buenos Aires, Argentina

Marcha del Orgullo/Pride March, November 7, 2026

First held in 1992, the Buenos Aires Pride March has grown into a powerful, million-person celebration linking the Plaza de Mayo to the National Congress. While it’s rooted in human rights activism, parties break out over the entire city during the weekend. The parade features massive sound trucks that turn historic avenues into giant dancefloors.

Miami, Florida

The URGE Thanksgiving Circuit Festival, November 27 to 30, 2026

URGE Thanksgiving is America’s Latin-flavoured holiday circuit escape, renowned for its legendary Sunday beachfront day party, where thousands of dancers from all over the world converge directly on the sand of Miami Beach. But that’s just one of seven parties over four days, culminating with the RAW party that starts at 5 a.m. on the Monday.

White Party Bangkok, December 29, 2026 to January 2, 2027

The only LGBTQ+ festival to make DJ magazine’s list of the top 100 dance festivals, White Party Bangkok has skyrocketed to become Asia’s official flagship gay New Year’s festival. The largest of its four official events takes over the gargantuan, high-tech halls of Bangkok’s convention centre. Everyone takes the all-white-wardrobe theme night very seriously.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Beef Dip Bear Week, January 24 to 31, 2027

In its 24-year history the Canadian-run Beef Dip has grown from a small group getaway into one of the world’s most iconic winter bear events, prompting other promoters to create a whole ecosystem of Puerto Vallarta bear events at the same time. Most take full advantage of the beach location, with pool, beach and boat parties. Canadian guys, especially, plan their whole winters around this sunny escape from the freezing cold.

Cozumel, Mexico

Arena Festival, Early February 2027

In the early days, Arena’s reputation was more of a come-one-come-all dance music festival. Now it wears its gayness on its sleeve and is one of the biggest circuit-style parties in Mexico, with eight or so parties over five days, four nights on this sunny island just off Playa del Carmen in the Riviera Maya. With so much outdoor fun and a beach vibe, it’s one of the best combos of party weekends and resort-like escapes around.

Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras, February 19 to March 6, 2027

Born out of a civil rights protest and subsequent riot in 1978, Sydney Mardi Gras has blossomed into an absolute titan of global queer culture, now taking the form of a multi-week arts and cultural festival.

For non-Australians, it’s a long way to go for a party, but with events ranging from a parade to circuit-style parties to green-space performances, all spread over three weeks, it’s worth working some of it into a Down Under itinerary.

Barcelona, Spain

Matinée Easter Weekend, March 26 to 28, 2027

Since the 1990s, the Matinée Group has been a global architect of circuit sound and high-production-value events. They are the European siren call for gym bunnies and assorted party monsters.
